The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant water-based transfer coating and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant water-based transfer coating comprises water, 95% edible alcohol, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent, 40-45% of transfer resin, 15-26% of an acrylic emulsion, a thickening agent and a flatting agent. The transfer resin comprises the following raw materials: 12-20% of acrylic resin, 2-6% of a polymer of fumarated rosin, glycerol and pentaerythritol, 2-6% of a polymer of urea, glyoxal and formaldehyde, 8-12% of ethyl acetate, 6-8% of n-propyl acetate, 2-5% of polysiloxane resin, 8-11% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 3-4% of 2-hydroxyethylamine, 3-5% of ammonia water and 30-45% of distilled water. The coating is mainly designed for preventing human saliva from corroding a printing coating; the water-based acrylic resin is selected, multiple auxiliaries are cross-linked and polymerized, and polymer chains are cross-linked, so a linear structure is converted into a network structure; and the water resistance and the solvent resistance of the coating can be obviously improved, and the mechanical strength and the heat resistance of the coating are also improved.
