lithium bromide absorption type refrigerating unit driven by
waste heat of an
internal combustion engine and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of waste heatrecovery and
refrigeration. The refrigerating unit comprises the
internal combustion engine and a cylinder sleeve
heat exchanger connected with the
internal combustion engine, wherein the internal
combustion engine is connected with a
flue gas
heat exchanger; the refrigerating unit further comprises a condensation generator and an
evaporation absorber, wherein the condensation generator comprisesa generator body with a first heat exchange coil
pipe; the cylinder sleeve
heat exchanger is connected with the
flue gas heat exchanger through a first
electromagnetic valve, the
flue gas heat exchanger is connected with the first heat exchange coil
pipe, and the first heat exchange coil
pipe is connected with the cylinder sleeve heat exchanger through a second
electromagnetic valve; and the
evaporation absorber is partitioned into an
evaporation chamber and an absorption chamber through a partition plate, wherein a second heat exchange coil pipe is arranged in the
evaporation chamber, the bottom of the generator body is connected with the absorption chamber through a first heat exchanger, and the bottom of the absorption chamber is connected with the condensation generator through a magnetic pump and the first heat exchanger in sequence. According to the
lithium bromide absorption type refrigerating unit driven by the
waste heat of the internal
combustion engine, a condenser and thegenerator body are installed in a cylinder, and an
evaporator and an absorber are arranged in a cylinder, so that
system and pipeline arrangement are greatly simplified.
