There are two ear glues on the top, that is, the first ear glue and the second ear glue, and there is one ear glue on the other ear, that is, the third ear glue, the second ear glue, and the third pole ear glue. The ear gels are respectively thermally melted with the aluminum-plastic film bag to form two edge seals, and an air bag is provided between the first ear gel and one of the end seals. The invention adopts two tabs of tab glue, so that the positive and negative tabs are respectively located at both ends of the battery cell, and at the same time the air bag is located at one end of the battery cell, which greatly improves the efficiency of aluminum-plastic film packaging of cylindrical lithium-ion batteries. Flexibility in design and production; increase the speed of electrolyte injection into the cell; reduce the aluminum-plastic film punching process, save production costs, and avoid the risk of aluminum-plastic film leakage caused by punching.
