The gas distribution disk is of an integrated core pulling and die casting structure. One or more gas distribution bins (3) are formed between the lower surface of a gas distribution disk upper component (1) and the upper surface of a gas distribution disk lower component (2). The gas distribution bins (3) communicate with a gas outlet of a burner head outer ring gas mixing channel (5) and a gas outlet of an outer ring fire cover (6). According to the technology, the gas distribution disk is formed through integrated die casting and core pulling machining; by means of the machining mode, compared with die casting forming of a split structure, the split assembling machining processes are decreased through integrated forming, the cost is reduced, the gas leakage risk caused by high-temperature aging deformation is avoided, and thus the gas distribution disk is more stable, easy to machine and high in finished product quality; and compared with sand core casting forming, the product consistency is better, and the gas distribution disk is more beautiful in appearance and smoother in inner wall compared with the appearance and the inner wall of an iron casting piece.
