According to the monitoring structure and method for the aircraft engine oil, due to the fact that magnetic poles and the fusible pieces are arranged, the temperature of magnetic metal chips in oil liquid and the temperature of the oil liquid are monitored at the same time, and the monitoring structure can be in lap joint with an online detection system to be applied to monitoring of oil of key parts of engines of various types .
