The biocontrol agent is an antagonistic compound microorganism bacterium agent for banana vasicular wilt and antagonistic bio-organic fertilizer for banana vasicular wilt. The compound microorganism bacterium agent is prepared by compound of two or multiple kinds from five agents including azotobacter chroococcum YKT41, burkholderia vietnamiensis P418, bacillus megaterium Ap25, trichoderma viride LTR-2 and trichoderma harzianum T110W. The bio-organic fertilizer is prepared by 5-25% of the compound microorganism bacterium agent, 10-30% of protein residues, 5-300% of lignite, 10-25% of biochemical fulvic acid, 10-35 % of biogical charcoal and added with 0.5-2.5% of calcium carbonate according to the above mixture. According to the invention, 70816 loads of redried strip tobacco leaves are treated with the diflubenzuron composite formula for controlling redried strip cigarette beetles by using the controlling method; all the treated tobacco leaves do not suffer from insect attack by cigarette beetles and the like during storage, the phenomenon of moth damage during storage of the treated tobacco leaves can be completely eradicated, and sensory quality of the treated tobacco leaves remains unchanged.
