turbine designing. The oil-sealing method comprises the steps as follows: a first stop valve is arranged on an oil supplying
pipe; a high-level
oil tank is arranged, one end of the high-level
oil tank is connected onto the oil supplying
pipe through an oil charging
pipe, the joint of the high-level
oil tank and the oil supplying pipe is located between the first stop valve and the
combustion gas
turbine, and the other end of the high-level oil tank is connected with a
fuel tank through an oil returning pipe; and a second stop valve is arranged on the oil charging pipe. According to the auxiliary oil-sealing method and device for the combustion gas turbine, the high-level oil tank is arranged at the highest point of the whole device; when the combustion gas turbine is started, both the first and the second stop valves are opened, and
fuel oil enters the high-level oil tank and the combustion gas turbine through the oil charging pipe; after the high-level oil tank is filled with the
fuel oil, the extra
fuel oil is discharged back to the
fuel tank through the oil returning pipe; when the combustion gas turbine is stopped, the first stop valve is closed, the second stop valve is opened, the fuel oil in the high-level oil tank flows into the combustion gas turbine for oil-sealing by means of the liquid level difference through the oil charging pipe, and thus the parking time of the combustion gas turbine is remarkably prolonged.
