The invention discloses a formula of a road isolation material. The formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-1000 parts of cement, 1000-2000 parts of pebbles, 10-100 partsof a functional material, 1-10 parts of a PP (Polypropylene) fiber, 1-10 parts of a wood fiber, 2-20 parts of polymer gum powder, 2-20 parts of an additive, 100-500 parts of a functional bacterial flora, wherein the mass ratio of water to gum is 0.1:0.6; the additive comprises one or a combination of more of a water reducing agent, an adhesive, a stabilizer and a defoaming agent; the functional material is one or a combination of more of polyphenyl granules, ceramsite, kieselguhr, activated carbon, vermiculite and pumice stone; the functional bacterial flora is one or a combination of more ofbacilli, hydrocarbon pollution degradation bacterial florae and grease degradation bacterial florae. By adopting the formula of the road isolation material, a formula of a conventional porous material is improved, and then the formula is good in functionality and good in adaptability when being applied to road isolation.
