pipe. The vibrating mechanism includes a drive
assembly and a vibrating component. The drive
assembly includes a motor and a
cam. The motor is mounted on the mounting frame and drives the
cam to rotate. The vibrating component includes a push plate, a wedge plate, an
impact block, and a first elastic element. The push plate is movably inserted through the mounting frame, and the wedge plate is disposed between the push plate and the
impact block, located between the mounting frame and the feeding pipe. By setting up the vibrating mechanism, when material is fed through the feeding pipe, the motor drives the
cam to rotate. Under the cooperation of the cam and the wedge plate, and the action of the rebound force of the first elastic element, the wedge plate drives the push plate and the
impact block to move left and right and continuously impact the feeding pipe, thereby reducing the adhesion and accumulation of material in the feeding pipe and ensuring smooth feeding.
