An adaptive electrocardiogram rhythm recognition method based on variational autoencoder

An adaptive electrocardiogram rhythm recognition method based on a variational autoencoder, the method comprising: S1: creating and training a model; S2: importing data according to the trained model to recognize results and classification; and S3: adaptive updating. In S1, the step of creating and training the model comprises: 1) collecting a large amount of electrocardiogram data; and preprocessing the collected data; 2) two-dimensionizing the collected and preprocessed electrocardiogram data; 3) creating a neural network model; and 4) clustering a classifier. In a pre-training process, the electrocardiogram is encoded by using an unsupervised variational autoencoder, the normal electrocardiogram and different types of arrhythmia are distinguished by using a clustering method, a general model with good performance is obtained, and the newly collected electrocardiogram data is classified. Then, the new data can also be added to the clustering, thereby forming a new clustering model to better adapt to different physical conditions and environmental changes.
