The invention provides a micro-ecological vaginal
bacterial agent. The agent is prepared from a fermented liquid prepared from
Lactobacillus crispatus and
Lactobacillus jensenii through compatible
fermentation. The invention further provides a preparation method of the micro-ecological vaginal
bacterial agent. According to the method,
Lactobacillus crispatus and
Lactobacillus jensenii are mixed to be compatible, an
enrichment culture medium is inoculated with the mixed bacterial liquid for
enrichment culture, and an
enrichment culture liquid is obtained; an enlargement culture medium is inoculated with the enrichment culture liquid for enlargement culture, and an enlargement culture liquid is obtained; a
fermentation culture medium is inoculated with the enlargement culture liquid for
fermentation culture, and the obtained fermented liquid is the micro-ecological vaginal
bacterial agent. The micro-ecological vaginal bacterial agent is applied to preparation of drugs for preventing and treating gynecological diseases such as recurrent
vaginitis or
discharge abnormality. With the micro-ecological vaginal bacterial agent, the
cure rate ranges from 88% to 98%, the effective rate ranges from 92% to 100%, the recurrence rate within three months ranges from 0 to 6%, and the adverse
reaction rate is low, thereby proving that the micro-ecological vaginal bacterial agent is effective in treatment of various recurrent
vaginitis.
