The invention discloses a testing
machine for an anti-seismic suspension and support
assembly. The testing
machine comprises a supporting frame, a power
assembly and a transmission
assembly; the supporting frame comprises a top T-shaped table, a bottom T-shaped table and a vertical column; one end of the anti-seismic suspension and support assembly is installed on the bottom table surface of the top T-shaped table or the top table surface of the bottom T-shaped table; the power assembly comprises an
actuator for applying a load, a cylinder mounting plate for mounting the
actuator, and a counter-force column; the counter-force column is vertically arranged at the middle of one side of the bottom T-shaped table and the middle of one side of the top T-shaped table; the cylinder mounting plate is arranged on one surface of the counter-force column, wherein the one surface of the counter-force column backs onto the supporting frame; the
piston rod of the
actuator, facing one side of the supporting frame, sequentially penetrates through the cylinder mounting plate and the counter-force column; and the actuator applies a force to the anti-seismic suspension and support assembly through the transmission assembly, so that testing can be carried out. With the testing
machine of the invention adopted, a special mechanical testing machine is provided for the anti-seismic suspension and support assembly; the stress condition of the anti-seismic suspension and support assembly in
actual use is simulated; and whether the strength of the anti-seismic suspension and support assembly reaches design indexes is verified. The testing machine is simple and convenient to operate.
