intelligent machine arm assembled on a
cement-based material 3D printing
system. The
intelligent machine arm comprises a shoulder, an upper arm, an
elbow, a lower arm and a
wrist portion, wherein the shoulder, the upper arm, the
elbow, the lower arm and the
wrist portion are sequentially connected to form the mechanical arm. The intelligentmachine arm is characterized by further comprising a crack
cutting device, wherein the
intelligent machine arm is a bearing of the crack
cutting device; the mechanical arm is capable of driving the crack
cutting device to perform corresponding movement and rotation; the crack cutting device is installed on the
wrist portion; the crack cutting device comprises a
powder storage unit, a fine sand storage unit, spraying pumps, spraying pipelines, a U-shaped hollow
tool bit, a motion sensor and a connecting
flange; the rear portion of the crack cutting device is fixedly connected to the wrist portion through the connecting
flange; the U-shaped hollow
tool bit is installed on the front portion of the crack cutting device; the
powder storage unit and the fine sand storage unit are arranged at the position, close to the connecting
flange, in the crack cutting device by taking the center shaft of the crack cutting device as the center; and both the powder storage unit and the fine sand storageunit are sealed cavities.
