The invention provides a preparation method and application of an ultrahigh-adhesiveness super-hydrophobic
brass surface. The preparation method comprises the steps of
polishing pretreatment, ultrasonic cleaning, natural
drying,
etching treatment, ultrasonic cleaning, natural
drying, constant-high-temperature heat treatment, low-surface-energy treatment, constant-temperature
drying and the like on a blank H59
brass sample. The
contact angle between the surface of the prepared
brass substrate and liquid drops is as high as 174.5 degrees, and the brass substrate has ultrahigh adhesiveness and super-hydrophobicity. Meanwhile, the surface is applied to the field of heavy
metal ion recovery, so that residues of heavy
metal ions on the material surface in the
evaporation process under the condition of hydrophilic spreading of waste liquid are avoided, secondary
pollution to pretreatment equipment can be greatly reduced, and the whole process of
recovery treatment of the heavy
metal ions in
wastewater is efficient and clean. In addition, the surface is also applied to SERS detection, so that the detection intensity of substances in a detection solution can be improved, the range of detectable concentration is expanded, and the
correctness of a detection result is improved.
