The invention provides vehicle-mounted network equipment, which comprises a shell, and is characterized in that the shell is internally provided with a main circuit board; the main circuit board is provided with an NFC module, at least two different mobile communication modules used for receiving data through a mobile communication network, a storage module used for storing the data, a WiFi module and a microprocessor used for storing the data into the storage module, reading the data from the storage module and enabling mobile communication signals and NFC signals to be mutually converted; and the mobile communication module and the WiFi module are connected with the storage module through the microprocessor, and the mobile communication module is connected with the NFC module through the microprocessor. The vehicle-mounted network equipment sets a network hotspot inside a vehicle through arranging the NFC module and the mobile communication module in the shell, and convenient networking of various types of vehicle-mounted equipment and mobile terminals of passengers is realized.
