A data file delivery system is provided having, at a head end, a production subsystem which communicates with a delivery subsystem via a local area network, ISDN connection, and the like. Construction demolition refuse is gathered and separated into recyclable items and non-recyclable items. The larger of the smaller particles are then re-united with the larger recyclable materials. Non-fuel products are picked off a conveying system and discarded or recycled otherwise. Additionally, the fuel may be gasified to create a burnable gas.
