In the testing process, the kinetic energy of the tested hydraulic cylinder drives the loading hydraulic energy and is converted into hydraulic energy, then the hydraulic energy is converted into electric energy through the constant displacement motor and the alternating current motor, accordingly, non-throttling loading and energy recycling are achieved, energy consumption of the system is reduced, and temperature rise of oil liquid is reduced.
