The invention relates to a method and a device for measuring the small elongation of a
solid material by using levers and a Hall
integrator, and belongs to experimental apparatuses. A short arm of a second-stage lever is overlapped at the top end of a
long arm of a first-stage lever; the Hall
integrator is arranged at the lower end of a
long arm of the second-stage lever and also on the axis of a coil; the Hall
integrator and the coil are respectively connected with a
control circuit. The first-stage lever is pushed by the small displacement of a to-be-measured object, the first-stage lever pushes the second-stage lever to generate larger displacement, the second-stage lever drives the Hall integrator to move on the axis of the coil, so that the Hall integrator generates larger displacement in a
magnetic field, the reading value of a milli-teslameter is changed accordingly, the reading value is in one-to-one corresponding with the position of the Hall integrator, and through the change of the reading value, the small displacement of the to-be-measured object can be figured out. The measuring process is free from man-made interference, data are objective and unique, the structure is compact, simple and visual, the occupied space is small, the maintenance cost and the use cost are low, and the popularization in national universities is easy.
