This application discloses a three-axis
gyroscope, comprising: a central
coupling structure; a first torsion
mass block, a second torsion
mass block, a third torsion
mass block, and a fourth torsion mass block, coupled to the central
coupling structure; a first driving mass block, a second driving mass block, a third driving mass block, and a fourth driving mass block, adjacent driving mass blocks being coupled to each other; a first detection mass block, a second detection mass block, a third detection mass block, and a fourth detection mass block, each detection mass block being located within and coupled to a corresponding driving mass block; and a shared
coupling structure, wherein the first, second, third, and fourth detection mass blocks are coupled to the shared coupling structure, and each torsion mass block is coupled to the shared coupling structure. The three-axis
gyroscope provided by this application can significantly reduce zero-bias drift and
temperature sensitivity.
