capacitor. The method includes the following steps: firstly, whether the width of a metallized film of an upper film ring and the width of a metallized film of a lower film ring are consistent is judged through a venier caliper, the error should be smaller than 0.1mm, whether the film rings are deformed and whether a slitting face is smooth are judged, after requirements are met, the films are placed onto a
machine to be rolled, the edge staggering amount of the films is controlled to range from 0.8mm to 1.0mm in a rolling test, and spot check is carried out in a middle and later period of rolling; then when thermal
polymerization is carried out for the first time, the temperature is adjusted to be 70 DEG C, and the
polymerization time is 24 hours. Due to proper edge staggering,
metal spraying particles and metallized
layers on two poles of the core bag are fully combined, gaps on sections caused by edge staggering can be fully sprayed, due to long-time
polymerization at 70 DEG C before spraying, stress and
moisture in the core bag generated in rolling can be eliminated,
logging of the staggered edges can not occur, the
metal spraying particles can be fully atomized through fine
zinc wires and high
metal spraying pressure and can conveniently enter a hollow space of the staggered edges, and the full-filling purpose is achieved.
