The invention provides a method and a device for preventing an olefine polymerization reactor of a gas phase fluidized bed from caking, and relates to an olefine polymerization reaction process of a gas phase fluidized bed. The olefine polymerization reaction is carried out in a reaction system comprising a gas phase fluidized bed polymerization reactor, a recycle gas compressor and a recycle gascooler. The reaction system also comprises a standby driving system, and the driving system comprises a storage battery and an emergency motor. When a main motor of the compressor cannot work due to emergency power failure in a polymerization reaction process, the feed of a monomer and a catalyst is automatically cut off; and simultaneously under the condition of injecting a terminating agent into the reactor to terminate the reaction, the storage battery in the standby driving system supplies power to the emergency motor, and the emergency motor drives the recycle gas compressor in the polymerization reaction system to continuously work to enough time under the condition of ensuring a reactor bed in a fluidized state, so the terminating agent is fully contacted with the reactor bed to effectively terminate the polymerization reaction so as to prevent the reactor from caking.
