The invention discloses a method for preparing lauric acid monoglyceride by immobilized lipase. The method comprises the processing steps as follows: (1), ester exchange: mixing a defined amount of coconut oil with glycerol, heating to a preset temperature, and taking immobilized lipase as a catalyst to perform an ester exchange reaction; (2), centrifugation: after the ester change reaction, subjecting a mixture to the centrifugation to form an upper layer oil phase, namely a fatty glyceride mixture; and (3), molecular distillation: molecularly distilling the mixture of the glyceride under certain conditions, obtaining distilled residues through first-level molecular distillation, performing second-level molecular distillation for the distilled residues, and distilling out a light phase, namely the finished product of immobilized lipase. The method for preparing lauric acid monoglyceride by immobilized lipase has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple operation, convenience in operation, high production efficiency, low cost and no harm to the environment; and moreover, the catalyst has strong specificity and can be used repeatedly, and accordingly lauric acid monoglyceride with higher purity can be prepared.
