The invention relates to the field of extraction of effective parts of
traditional Chinese medicine compounds, in particular to a method for flash extraction of total saponins of pistachio
powder by using a deep-eutectic
solvent, and can effectively solve the problems that significant polarity difference exists between tenuigenin and
ginsenoside; the contents of the two types of saponins are difficult to efficiently extract and balance at the same time; and the existing extraction method has the problems of time consumption,
pollution and waste. The method comprises the following steps: mixing the medicinal materials in the Kaixin
powder, adding into a
deep eutectic solvent aqueous solution, carrying out flash extraction, filtering to obtain a Kaixin
powder extracting solution, carrying out separation and purification by using macroporous adsorption resin, respectively eluting by using water, 20%
ethanol and 60%
ethanol, collecting the eluent of the 60%
ethanol part, concentrating, and
drying to a powder state, wherein the 60% ethanol part is a
saponin component. According to the method, the extraction efficiency and total content of the target
saponin are remarkably improved, the characteristics of multiple components and multiple targets of traditional Chinese medicines are ensured, meanwhile,
energy consumption is reduced, time is shortened, medicinal material waste is reduced, and the green and environment-friendly characteristics of the process are improved.
