According to the weightlifting device, the torsional spring is used for increasing the weight, namely, the weightlifting force acts on the torsional spring, so that a balancing weight is omitted, the occupied area of the weightlifting device is reduced, the space is saved, the condition that the balancing weight slips off is avoided, and the use safety is improved.
