The invention provides a photosensitive resin composition used for a touch screen, and a hardening film thereof, and a touch screen with the hardening film. The photosensitive resin composition used for a touch screen contains: (A-1) an alkali-soluble resin obtained by reaction of (a) dicarboxylic acid or tricarboxylic acid or anhydride thereof and (b) teracarboxylic acid or acid dianhydride thereof, and an epoxide which is derived by bisphenols and contains two glycidyl ether radicals, and a monocarboxylic acid reactant containing unsaturated radicals; (B) photopolymerization monomer with at least an ethylene unsaturated bond; (C) a photopolymerization initiator; (D) at least one kind of metallic oxide particles selected from aluminum, zirconium, titanium, zinc, indium, tin, antimony, and cerium; (E) a surfactant; and (F) a silane compound. The photosensitive resin composition can form patterns through photolithographie, and especially has excellent development property. The hardening film formed by the photosensitive resin composition is high in transparency, and refractive index is improved, preventing pattern visible phenomenon of ITO wiring patterns.
