The diaphragm 24 has a central region 26 contacting with the force transmitting rod 52, and a surrounding region 27 surrounding the periphery of the central region 26 and connecting the central region 26 with the housing 20. The surrounding region 27, viewed cross-sectionally along the radius, is V-shaped or U-shaped, and cancels thermal expansion.

The invention discloses a magnetic suspension rotor harmonic current suppression method based on SDMRC (second order dual mode repetitive control). Firstly, a magnetic suspension rotor dynamic model with mass unbalance and sensor harmonic waves is built. Secondly, the magnetic suspension rotor harmonic current suppression method based on SDMRC is adopted, wherein SDMRC belongs to high order RC, and frequency fluctuation robustness of a system can be effectively improved. SDMRC is of a dual mode structure, odd and even harmonic components can be independently suppressed, and response rapidity of the system can be improved. Besides, a fractional delay filter is added into the structure, and suppression precision of the system under a fixed sampling rate can be greatly improved. By the control method, slight rotation speed fluctuation robustness and the current suppression dynamic performance of the system and suppression precision of a rotor at an optional rotation speed can be improved.The harmonic components of magnetic bearing coil current in the magnetic suspension rotor can be suppressed, and the method is applicable to harmonic current suppression of the magnetic suspension rotor system with mass unbalance and the sensor harmonic waves.

The control device has a RDC which calculates a rotation-angle output value φ based on rotation detection signals Sa, Sb transferred from the resolver. The control device supplies electric power to the travel motor based on the rotation angle output value φ. The RDC calculates “sin(θ−φ)” as an error deviation ε based on the signals Sa and Sb and the rotation-angle output value φ. The RDC calculates an angular acceleration by multiplying the error deviation ε with a gain (=Ka·Kb), and integrates the angular acceleration two times in order to obtain a next rotation-angle output value. A gain control part of the RDC decreases the gain when the judgment means judges that the travel motor rotates at a constant rotation speed.
