The invention discloses a full-automatic
ore sorting system, and relates to the technical field of ore treatment. The
system specifically comprises a rack, wherein a sorting
barrel is fixedly mounted at the top of the rack, a
feeding tube is fixedly mounted at the top of the sorting
barrel, a sorting tank is fixedly mounted at one end of the sorting
barrel, two liquid inlet tubes are fixedly mounted at the other end of the sorting barrel, and a plurality of solution layering assemblies are mounted in the sorting barrel; and a conveying cylinder is mounted at the bottom of the sorting cylinder. According to the ore and waste ore distribution quantity, the discharging flow is adjusted through an adjusting
assembly, re-crosslinking of ores and waste ores at the
tail end of equipment is avoided; and meanwhile, in the ore flotation process, a movable frame is driven by a gear ring and a driving motor to rotate around the sorting cylinder, and then the ore flotation efficiency is improved according to the internal ore distribution condition. An
electromagnet is switched between the upper end and the lower end, the
iron ore sorting speed is increased through magnetic force, and the
iron ore sorting efficiency and quality are further improved.
