    • wherein ‘IMPs’ indicates the sum of the percentages of materials within Group IMP, and similarly for the remaining groups, the symbol ‘>=’ indicates ‘at least equal to’, and ‘TOTAL’ is the sum of HMPs, HMRs, HMIs, IMPs, RMPs and GENs, provided also that low odour or no odour solvents are excluded from the calculation of these sums is provided which have an invigorating effect when inhaled by a subject.

The invention relates to an external lubricant for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin forming and processing and a production method thereof. The external lubricant for PVC resin forming and processing belongs to a polymer compound which is obtained by emulsion polymerizing a monomer with only one unsaturated ester group, and is characterized in that: styrene containing isooctyl glycolate, glycolic acid hexyl acetate, methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate are taken as polymerization monomers, potassium persulfate is taken as the initiating agent, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is taken as the emulsifier, the conjugated polymer emulsion which is produced through a core-shell emulsion polymerization technology is adopted, so the external lubricant is produced after spray drying, the polymerization monomers have the weight percentages that: 10-45 of the styrene, 5-30 of the glycolic acid hexyl acetate, 15-45 of the methyl methacrylate and 5-25 of the butyl methacrylate. The invention provides the external lubricant for PVC resin forming and processing and the production method thereof, which can improve the lubricity, dispersibility and demoulding property, simultaneously have excellent processability, good plasticizing effect and high production efficiency.
