plasma generator comprises a main cavity, side plates, an
electrode assembly and a high-
voltage electric connector, the side plates are connected to the two sides of the main cavity in a sealed mode, the main cavity is formed by splicing a plurality of cavity modules, each cavity module is provided with a
discharge area, an exhaust area, a plasma air outlet, an exhaust inlet and a splicing installation position, the
discharge areas of the multiple cavity modules are communicated, and the exhaust areas of the multiple cavity modules are communicated with the splicing installation position. The exhaust areas of the plurality of cavity modules are communicated, the
discharge areas are isolated from the exhaust areas, the plasma gas outlets are communicated with the discharge areas, the exhaust inlets are communicated with the exhaust areas, an
electrode assembly is installed in the discharge area of each cavity module, and the high-
voltage electric connectors are connected with the
electrode assemblies. And the side plates and the cavity modules are positioned, butted and fixed through the splicing mounting positions. The cleaning heads with different lengths are composed of a
modular product and can be spliced and customized according to
customer requirements, and the overall transformation cost and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
