The invention relates to a flake silver @ silver iodate visible light photocatalyst and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively dissolving sodium iodate or potassium iodate and silver nitrate in water, adding one solution into another solution under the stirring condition so as to generate suspension of silver iodate; dripping hydrazine hydrate, sodium borohydride and other aqueous solutions containing reducing substances into the obtained suspension, irradiating the suspension under illumination of a xenon lamp of 300W for 5-30 minutes by adopting a photoreduction method, generating metal silver nanoparticles on the surfaces of silver iodate particles in situ, and finally, filtering the precipitate, washing and drying to obtain the flake silver @ silver iodate visible light photocatalyst. The method can be implemented at room temperature and under normal pressure, the cost is low, the equipment is simple and easy to operate, large-scale production can be realized, and the method has significant potential application in the aspect of industrial production. The prepared flake silver @ silver iodate photocatalytic material has high photocatalytic performance, the elemental silver and silver iodate generated due to in-situ reduction are firmly bound, and separation of photon-generated carriers is obviously improved.

The method comprises the following steps: introducing methanol steam into the biomass materials and carrying out microwave heating; then mixing the biomass materials with the waste mash of alcohol and carrying out airtight soaking, then introducing an activation gas for activation, adding gypsum after cooling the mixture to the room temperature and stirring the materials uniformly, thus obtaining a material mixture; adding sodium iodate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, magnesium nitrate, copper sulfate and potassium humate to the material mixture, stirring the materials uniformly and then drying the mixture and grinding the mixture, thus obtaining the organic and inorganic fertilizers used for navel orange planting. The invention discloses hematoxylin dye liquor as well as a preparation method and an application method thereof. The preparation method of the hematoxylin dye liquor comprises the following steps ofmixing 80-100 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 24-28 parts of glacial acetic acid and 2-4 parts of hematoxylin to obtain liquor a; heating and uniformly mixing 400-600 parts of distilled water and 16-22 parts of aluminum potassium sulfate to obtain a solution b; and uniformly mixing the solution a, the solution b and 0.1-0.4 part of sodium iodate, cooling to room temperature by the flowing water,then adding 40-60 parts of glycerol, and oscillating for 1 hour. A staining method comprises the following steps of freezing and slicing the tissues, then putting the frozen and sliced tissues into astationary liquid to be fixed, and washing the fixed tissue slices with water; then dyeing with the hematoxylin dye liquor, washing with water, differentiating with hydrochloric acid ethanol, washingwith water, returning to blue for 10s with dilute ammonia water, washing with water, slightly washing with 95 wt% ethanol, dehydrating with absolute ethyl alcohol, transparentizing with xylene, and sealing with neutral gum. The dyeing time is only 2-4 minutes, the use is convenient, the dyeing effect is better, and the dyed cell nucleus is bright blue and bright.
