The invention discloses a preparation method of nanosilver
conductive ink, and belongs to the field of printing materials. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: taking
silver nitrate and PVP (
Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone), adding the above substances into water, and intensively stirring under a
magnetic stirrer until a solution is colorless and transparent; preparing a
sodium borohydride solution; taking the
sodium borohydride solution, and adding into the prepared
silver nitrate solution; centrifuging a filtered reactant;
drying a centrifuged product in an
air blast drying box at the
drying temperature of 45 to 60 DEG C, so as to obtain nanosilver
powder; adding the nanosilver
powder into a dispersing
solvent, stirring and performing
ultrasonic dispersion, thus obtaining the nanosilver
conductive ink. According to the preparation method, a
solution synthesis method is used to generate nanosilver particles wrapped by a surfactant in an
aqueous solution. agglomerated large particles and impurities are removed by filtering,then centrifuging is performed repeatedly, and nanosilver
powder is cleaned by sequentially using deionized water,
acetone and
ethanol; the nanosilver
conductive ink has the advantages of low requirement on environment and equipment, good particle
dispersity and uniform particle size; the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of
small particle size of the particles, good
dispersity and mild
reaction conditions.
