frequency conversion energy saving generating set. The
frequency conversion energy saving generating set includes a
signal conversion unit, a PLC module, and a speed regulation controller, wherein the
signal conversion unit detects the
electrical load state in real time and feed back the
electrical load state to the PLC module; the PLC module receives the information of the
signal conversion unit, and sending a real-time speed regulation signal to the speed regulation controller after intelligent logic operation rotating speed value of load rotating speed optimal
oil consumption; the speed regulation controller receives a real-time speed regulation
control signal of the PLC module and the feedback about the real-time state detection of the rotating speed from a rotating speed sensor, and provides electric excitation drive for a speed regulation driver through a
PID control algorithm so as to regulate the rotating speed of an engine in real time. The
frequency conversion energy saving generating set can realize intelligent speed regulation following changing of
electrical load, so that the utilization efficiency of
fuel oil of the generating set during the practical using process is improved. Besides, by means of speed regulation control, the engine is regulated in real time in different corresponding rotating speed during the operating process, so that the generating set can achieve the maximum economization of
fuel oil consumption of the rotating speed required by different load when the generating set is in different electrical load state.
