biofilter packing material for VOCs organic
waste gas treatment and its preparation method, belonging to the technical field of
biofilter packing materials. The
biofilter packing material for VOCs organic
waste gas treatment of this invention includes a
nutrient slow-release core, a conductive functional shell layer, and a surface functionalized layer. The
dry weight percentages of the raw materials for the
nutrient slow-release core, conductive functional shell layer, and surface functionalized layer are 50%-60%, 35%-45%, and 3%-5%, respectively. The biofilter packing material for VOCs organic
waste gas treatment and its preparation method proposed in this invention adopt a three-layer
composite structure of a
nutrient slow-release core, a conductive functional shell layer, and a surface functionalized layer. The core is responsible for the long-term supply of nutrients and carbon sources; the shell layer achieves efficient adsorption, conductive transfer, and microenvironment regulation; and the
surface layer ensures the rapid
colonization and targeted degradation of functional microorganisms. This spatial functional partitioning avoids mutual interference between different components and greatly improves the overall performance of the packing material.
