The invention relates to a resin composition with ultrahigh
thermal conductivity and a preparation method thereof. The resin composition comprises the following components and raw materials in parts by weight: 30-75 parts of a matrix resin, 20-50 parts of
natural graphite, 5-20 parts of reinforced fibers, 3-6 parts of a compatilizer, 0.1-1 part of an
antioxidant and 0.5-2 parts of a
lubricant. Thepreparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw materials except the reinforced fibers, feeding an obtained mixture into a main feeding hole of a double-screw extruder through a weightless metering device; feeding the reinforced fibers into a side feeding hole of the extruder in proportion by adopting a weightless metering device; controlling the temperature of the double-screw extruder to 230-300 DEG C, melting and fully mixing the materials under the conveying, shearing and mixing of screws, and carrying out
extrusion by a neck mold, drawing, cooling,
drying,
pelletizing and the like to obtain the resin composition with ultrahigh
thermal conductivity. The resin composition provided by the invention has the advantages of ultrahigh
thermal conductivity, very lowcost, excellent
electromagnetic shielding performance, balanced mechanical properties,
heat resistance and convenient productbility.
