The method comprises providing a vancomycin hydrochloride solution with a chromatographic purity of at least 95%, adding an excipient to the vancomycin hydrochloride solution to form a mixture solution of the vancomycin hydrochloride solution and the excipient, concentrating the mixed solution of the vancomycin hydrochloride solution and the excipient to form a 20% to 30% vancomycin concentrate, filtering the vancomycin concentrate to form a final filtrate, and spray drying the final filtrate to form a spray dried vancomycin hydrochloride powder with EP impurity B level of not more than 1.5%.

The invention discloses an optical push-broom satellite in-orbit stepwise geometric calibration method based on a probe element direction angle. A probe element direction angle-based in-orbit geometric calibration model and a stepwise calibration resolving method are included. According to the method, a probe element direction angle model is used as a camera calibration model; calibration parameters comprise internal calibration parameters and external calibration parameters; and the external calibration parameters are resolved first and then the internal calibration parameters are resolved by using a stepwise calibration method, so that the condition that a reliable calibration result cannot be obtained due to strong correlation existing between the calibration parameters is avoided. By the effective optical push-broom satellite in-orbit geometric calibration method, in-orbit geometric calibration can be effectively performed on an optical push-broom satellite, and the geometric quality of image products is improved. Practice proves that the calibration method is feasible and effective, and the calibration result is stable, reliable and high in precision.

According to the invention, the rank deficient problem in application of the RVoG model to invert the vegetation height is solved, and the resolving stability during parameter inversion solving is improved.

The invention discloses a multi-baseline PolInSAR vegetation parameter inversion method considering the temporal decoherence factor. The method comprises the following steps: 0, introducing the temporal decoherence factor into a RVoG model to obtain a RVoG expansion model considering the temporal decoherence factor; 1, carrying out processing and polarimetric interferometry processing on a multi-baseline polarimetric interferometry SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) image of vegetation to obtain a multi-baseline multi-polarization multiple correlation coefficient observed value; 2, setting and calculating the vegetation parameter inversion initial value of the RVoG expansion model; 3, selecting one of N baselines as a reference baseline, and considering that the influence of the temporal decoherence factor does not exist; and 4, matching the observed value with the RVoG expansion model, building an observation equation, and finally performing vegetation parameter inversion by a nonlinear iterative algorithm according to the parameter initial value obtained above. The method can improve the accuracy of vegetation parameter inversion, and is easy to implement.
