According to the invention, it can be achieved that the impact current is smallest during unlocking under the condition that the power grid is in the steady state; based on the feedforward item of the power grid voltage, true conditions of the power grid voltage can be well reflected under the condition that the power grid is in the transient state; the smaller the sampling delay time of the power grid voltage is, the smaller the delay time of the control system is; and excellent current control performance can be acquired.
