The physical mechanism of the surface acoustic wave device is embedded into the deep learning reasoning process, the limitation of physical consistency of a pure data driving model is broken through, end-to-end full-automatic design without manual parameter adjustment and complex electromagnetic simulation is achieved, the calculation cost is remarkably reduced, the design period is shortened, and the design efficiency is improved.
