A good real-time measurement effect can be obtained, and finally, a classification model trained by a collected reference object data set is utilized to further ensure the reliability of a reference point selected for flow velocity estimation. The method can play a role in a more universal water body environment and a weaker light environment, and is easy for landing use of hydrological intelligent monitoring engineering.

The invention discloses a silicon-tungsten polyoxometallate doped ferric oxide composite nano catalytic material with an inorganic structure as well as preparation and application thereof, and relates to a catalytic material as well as preparation and application thereof. The invention aims to solve the problem that the catalytic efficiency is low when polyoxometallate catalyzes and degrades organic matters which are difficult to degrade at present. The invention discloses synthesis and characterization of a composite material Co2Co4 (SiW10O37) 2/Fe2O3 synthesized by a eutectic method and degradation of a methyl orange solution by the composite material Co2Co4 (SiW10O37) 2/Fe2O3. The influence of different synthesis pH conditions on the polyoxometallate and the composite material is explored, and the optimal synthesis condition of the composite material is determined. Photocatalysis experiment results show that the composite material has the best catalysis effect on target dye when the pH is 1 and the concentration of methyl orange is 10 mg/L, and after a photocatalysis reaction, the degradation rate of methyl orange can reach 76.2%. The method is applied to the field of sewage treatment.
