The invention discloses a method for quantitative observation determination of
impact coal body volume expansion. The method comprises the steps of first drilling three horizontal observation
drill holes in surrounding rock from a lateral wall of one cross section of a tunneled
coal seam roadway of an area where
rock burst occurs easily so as to serve as monitoring points, respectively installing a stress observation device and two displacement observation devices in the
drill holes, obtaining
vertical displacement of a monitoring point
coal seam through
continuous recording of a stress display instrument in the
coal mining process; obtaining the front-rear displacement of the monitoring point coal seam through displacement display instruments; and obtaining
volume expansion of the monitoring points by subtracting the
vertical displacement of the coal seam from double front-rear displacement of the monitoring point coal seam; and when the
volume expansion at some moment is larger than zero, showing that an existing volume is larger than an original volume and
volume expansion occurs. According to the method, through continuous observation in the
impact coal seam volume expansion process under the conditions of multiple structures,
high stress and a large buried depth, the coal seam roadway volume expansion is obtained, and the quantitative basis is provided for roadway
impact risk judgment.
