The method comprises the following steps of: opening a locator and an environment information sensor by the wearable equipment under a motion mode, wherein the locator is used for locating position information on a user motion line, and the environment information sensor is used for detecting environment information on a user motion line; and sending the position information located by the locator and the environment information detected by the environment information sensor to the server by the wearable equipment. The method is not only capable of monitoring personal and motion state information of wearers, but also capable of monitoring surrounding environment information, so that the wearers can know air conditions on the current motion lines and judge whether to change the motion lines, and the health and motion states are not impacted by polluted environmentor improper environment.
