The application relates to the technical field of supramolecular, in particular to a
ternary eutectic solvent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The
ternary eutectic solvent is prepared from component A, component B and component C, wherein the component A is a
hydrogen bond donor, the component B is a
hydrogen bond
acceptor, and the component C is
adenosine. The
intermolecular interaction mode of the
ternary eutectic solvent breaks the original strong force between
adenosine molecules, so that the
adenosine can be uniformly dispersed in the ternary DES
system in the form of single molecules or small aggregates, thereby significantly improving the
solubility of adenosine. Meanwhile, the existence of the ternary DES changes the
dissolution and release behavior of the
drug in the body, promotes the absorption of the
drug, and greatly improves the
bioavailability of adenosine.
