The construction method specifically comprises the steps of adopting a one-dimensional hydrodynamic model to calculate and study a water level-flow relation curve of each fixed section in the reach; determining flat shoal flow in each section according to flat shoal elevation in each fixed section; adopting a method based on the combination of geometric average of logarithmic transformation and weighted average of section spacing to calculate the flat shoal flow of reach dimension; analyzing a response relationship of the flat shoal flow adjustment on an upstream water-sediment condition and downstream water level change, and constructing the prediction model based on joint control of the upstream-downstream borders over the lower reach. The invention discloses a method and a system for configuration production of a work flow, wherein the method is as follows: obtaining the current business process data array, and ensuring the upstream-downstream relationship of the various business process data in the current business process data array; obtaining the business process corresponding to the business process data in the preset planning data array; ensuring the upstream-downstream relationship of the various business document data in the preset planning data array; obtaining the upstream-downstream relationship of associated various business processes according to the business document data for ensuring the upstream-downstream relationship; producing corresponding production processes through configuration and various business processes with ensured upstream-downstream relationship. The method and the device disclosed by the invention can overcome the problem in the prior art that during the production process, the business process data and the business document data are configured repeatedly, and the business process is complicated and long, and the system power consumption is increased. The method and the device achieve the process of configuring production process with a single unit of programs, and reduce the power consumption of the system while simplifying the production process of the product.

Method for determining an individual power consumption

To determine a power consumption in a group of individual electric power distribution branches (3), a method includes the steps of: a) measuring the current (I) flowing in a main upstream line (2) and the voltage (U) of the main upstream line; b) measuring the voltage (Ui) of at least one branch, downstream of a circuit breaker (7) equipping each branch (3); c) determining the current (Ii) flowing through the branch based on the difference (ΔUi) between the upstream-downstream voltages; d) calculating the individual power consumption (Pi′) of the branch from the current and the voltage of the branch; e) calculating the general power (P) consumed by the group of branches from the current and the voltage of the main upstream line; and f) correcting (F6) the individual power consumption (Pi′) so that an instantaneous electric power consumption variation observed at the level of the branch (3) is equal to an instantaneous electric power consumption variation simultaneously observed at the level of the main upstream line (2).
