The invention discloses a portable multi-working-condition universal axis calibration device which comprises an optical objective lens assembly (1), an optical eyepiece assembly (2), a spectroscope (3), an imaging display assembly (4), a laser assembly (5), a centering cylinder (6) and a lens cone (7). Target light is split by the spectroscope (3) and then reaches the imaging display assembly (4) and the optical eyepiece assembly (2). An indication light beam of the laser assembly (5) points to the center of a target; through function extension, the overall optical axis direction is adjusted through the added double-optical wedge lens set (8), the optical reticle provides an alignment reference target, and the multiple reflection elements are matched to achieve positive image visual observation and eliminate the aiming error caused by off-axis use of the laser assembly (5). According to the device, three axis calibration working conditions of active laser indication, electronic image and visual optics are realized at the same time, and the technical problem of quick and accurate gun calibration under complex terrains, meteorological conditions, day and night environments and special conditions is solved.
