system for
density distribution of a
coal material. The online detection
system comprises a vibration
sieve, a washing device, a hot
air drying device, a flat plate chute, an
image acquisition device and an upper computer, wherein the vibration
sieve is used for obtaining the
coal material, dispersing the
coal material and filtering
coal slurry; the washing device is arranged above the vibration
sieve and is used for providing
water pressure to wash the coal material on the vibration sieve; the hot
air drying device is arranged above the vibration sieve and is used for
drying the coal material and separating absorbed
water vapor into hot air and water; the flat plate chute is obliquely arranged below the vibration sieve and the coal material which is dispersed and filtered from the vibration sieve enters the flat plate chute; the
image acquisition device is vertical to the flat plate chute, is arranged above the flat plate chute and is used for acquiring an image of the coal material on the flat plate chute; and the upper computer is used for acquiring the image of the coal material, which is acquired by the
image acquisition device, and analyzing the
density distribution of the coal material according to the image. The online detection
system for the
density distribution of the coal material, provided by the invention, provides accurate coal material image information for the upper computer, and the density distribution of the coal material is convenient to analyze through a
machine vision technology.
