This invention discloses a disc spring tension and
compression testing device, relating to the technical field of spring
testing equipment. The invention includes a base frame, with a first and second receiving boxes placed on opposite sides of the base frame. Supports and bases are installed at the front and rear ends of the base frame, respectively, and abutments are installed on both sides of the rear end of the supports. It also includes a protective
assembly comprising a fixed ring mounted on the upper surface of the support and a protective sleeve connected to the rear end face of the fixed ring. The other end of the protective sleeve is located on the front end face of a moving ring. A cylinder is mounted on the top of the front end face of the moving ring. An air port on the outer wall of the cylinder is connected to two connecting pipes via a three-way
pipe. The other end of the connecting
pipe is connected to an air outlet
pipe via a pipe joint. The other end of the air outlet pipe is located on the top of the outer wall of the air cylinder. A rubber pad is slidably installed inside the air cylinder. This disc spring tension and
compression testing device provides good protection for workers, has a wide range of applications, and improves material feeding efficiency.
