The invention provides a low-dropout linear
voltage stabilization circuit. The low-dropout linear
voltage stabilization circuit comprises a power supply
noise suppression module, an error amplification module, a source follower, a regulating tube and a first
capacitor, wherein the power supply
noise suppression module is introduced with a power supply
noise signal; the error amplification module is used for amplifying an
error signal of the output
voltage and reference voltage of the low-dropout linear voltage stabilization circuit; the source follower is used for outputting an output
signal of the error amplification module and the power supply noise
signal to a control end of the regulating tube; the regulating tube is used for regulating the output voltage under the control of the output signal of the source follower, and counteracting the power supply noise signal; and the first
capacitor is connected to the output end of the low-dropout linear voltage stabilization circuit. According to the low-dropout linear voltage stabilization circuit, the noise of a
medium frequency power supply is loaded to the gate of the regulating tube to counteract the influence of the noise of the
medium frequency power supply on the output signal, and the
noise suppression abilities of
low frequency and
high frequency power supplies are amplified in conjunction with the
gain and the output
capacitance of the circuit, thereby realizing the high power supply
noise suppression ability of a full
frequency band of a low-dropout differential linear
voltage regulator without out-
chip capacitance,lowering the influence of the power supply noise on a transmission signal, and greatly improving the quality of output signal.
