shower head technology. It includes a mounting base with a freely rotatable and anti-detachment rotating sleeve at its bottom. The rotating sleeve has a threaded hole, with a limiting block and a limiting component at each end of the hole. The limiting component includes a sealing plate and a second limiting block that tilts inward towards the threaded spiral structure. A screw is threaded into the threaded hole, with an extension at the top of the screw. A support body rotatably mounted within the mounting base can be linked with the extension via an eccentric shaft-roller, cylindrical spiral rail-
