According to the method, the on-site data processing module is used for completing storage and transmission, a large internal memory can be expanded, and the file storage mode is changed to a database storage mode; an OBS instrument data protocol is simplified and standardized, commands can be remotely received and sent to control the operation state of an OBS instrument and data acquisition frequency, a sending network is selected preferably, the communication success rate is guaranteed to the largest extent, and data are stored continuously; when the network is restored, messages are automatically forwarded, a standby power supply can be used through switching in time, and normal instrument data acquisition and normal network communication work are guaranteed.
