Automatic Control System of Sand Mixer

The invention discloses an automatic control system of a fracturing blender truck. The automatic control system comprises a display control panel, a controller, a data acquisition system and a control actuator. The data acquisition system comprises a mixing cylinder liquid level sensor, a discharge pressure sensor, a sand density sensor and an additive density sensor; the control actuator includes a suction hydraulic motor, a manifold exhaust hydraulic motor, a sand inlet hydraulic motor and an additive hydraulic motor, oil ports of the four hydraulic motors are communicated with a hydraulic pump through an electromagnetic valve; and the controller is, through a line, connected with the display control panel, the electromagnetic valve, the mixing cylinder liquid level sensor, the discharge pressure sensor, the sand density sensor and the additive density sensor.
