registration system which is suitable for registration control of a plurality of color cells. Each color
cell is provided with a registration module, and each registration module can independently determine an
image acquisition opportunity in combination with deformation of a printing material, so that an accumulative error of a photographing opportunity is eliminated, and it is ensured that a correct target is acquired under the condition of a
small field of view; each registration module is only used for detecting a registration deviation value of the corresponding color
cell relative to a reference color
cell, so that registration adjustment of each color cell is independent, the situation that subsequent color cell parameters are adjusted along with adjustment of parameters of one or more color cells is avoided, and the
registration system is high in detection precision of the registration deviation value of each color cell, and high in response speed; and each registration module in the
registration system is provided with an embedded processor, and a unified industrial
personal computer is not arranged, so that the
processing speed is increased, the communication
delay is reduced, the registration precision of printed matters is high, and the registration
system is suitable for various printing scenes such as flexographic printing, gravure printing and
digital printing.
