Systems and methods are disclosed for reducing the influence of plasma generated debris on internal components of an EUV light source. In one aspect, an EUV meteorology monitor is provided which may have a heater to heat an internal multi-layer filtering mirror to a temperature sufficient to remove deposited debris from the mirror. In another aspect, a device is disclosed for removing plasma generated debris from an EUV light source collector mirror having a different debris deposition rate at different zones on the collector mirror. In a particular aspect, an EUV collector mirror system may comprise a source of hydrogen to combine with Li debris to create LiH on a collector surface; and a sputtering system to sputter LiH from the collector surface. In another aspect, an apparatus for etching debris from a surface of a EUV light source collector mirror with a controlled plasma etch rate is disclosed.

Methods, systems, and devices using reprogrammable hardware for high-speed processing of streaming data to find a redefinable pattern and respond thereto

A reprogrammable packet processing system for processing a stream of data is disclosed herein. A reprogrammable data processor is implemented with a programmable logic device (PLD), such as a field programmable gate array (FPGA), that is programmed to determine whether a stream of data applied thereto includes a string that matches a redefinable data pattern. If a matching string is found, the data processor performs a specified action in response thereto. The data processor is reprogrammable to search packets for the presence of different data patterns and / or perform different actions when a matching string is detected. A reconfiguration device receives input from a user specifying the data pattern and action, processes the input to generate the configuration information necessary to reprogram the PLD, and transmits the configuration information to the packet processor for reprogramming thereof.

Method of sealing wafer backside for full-face electrochemical plating

The present invention provides a wafer carrier that includes an opening, which in one embodiment is a plurality of holes, disposed along the periphery of the wafer carrier. A gas emitted through the holes onto a peripheral back edge of the wafer assists in preventing the processing liquids and contaminants resulting therefrom from reaching the inner region of the base and the backside inner region of the wafer. In another embodiment, a plurality of concentric sealing members are used to prove a better seal, and the outer seal is preferably independently movable to allow cleaning of a peripheral backside of the wafer to occur while the wafer is still attached to the wafer carrier.

Diesel engine water pump with improved water seal

An improved diesel engine water pump includes three main features that aid in extending the maintenance-free life of the pump. The impeller shaft is carried by tapered roller shaft support bearings of which the impeller bearing has a floating outer race that is urged axially by a preload spring to provide a prescribed axial preload that maintains concentricity of the shaft with the axis and prolongs bearing life. An improved oil seal combines an oil slinger, a stationary deflector and a lip oil seal with a return passage to the engine to more effectively limit oil leakage from the pump. An improved water seal includes pressurized water jets fed from the pump volute that flush wear particles from the water seal surface and increase water seal life. Further details of these features are also disclosed.

This invention relates to accessories for audio players used for downloading, storing and playing of audio files, i.e. music or spoken word content. More specifically the invention relates to an audio player remote control system, in particular a power supply and charging unit for a digital audio player, which is coupled with a remote control receiver. The invention further relates to a remote control transmitter for controlling the digital audio player, which may be mounted on the vehicle's steering wheel. The remote control of the audio player prevents the driver from reaching to the often unfavorable located audio player for operating it which enhances safety during driving the vehicle. The power supply and charging unit, which has a built-in or external remote control receiver, can be attached to the digital audio player for providing power to the player and charging the player's battery. The remote control transmitter has an enclosure which is specifically designed to be attached to a steering-wheel. This design allows for a close and tight fitting of remote control transmitter and steering-wheel which results in a safe operation of the audio player by a driver of the vehicle. The remote control transmitter is designed so that the driver's fingers can easily reach control buttons without leaving the steering-wheel.
